By filling in and sending the form available at the above link, the border control process upon entering the Republic of Croatia is significantly easier.
If the form is fully completed, police officers have access to the vaccination certificate, appropriate PCR or antigen test, certificate of COVID, since these documents are available in electronic form through the Enter Croatia application, automatically connected to the border control system during scanning your documents at the border crossing when entering the Republic of Croatia (passport, identity card). It is still important to have physically all documents with you.
