Dubrovnik – Slano – Island of Mljet – Makarska Riviera – Split – Island of Hvar – Island of Korčula – Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik–Slano

If you arrive with your own car, our service team will be waiting for you in the harbour from 12:00 noon. From 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm the embarkation takes place in the port of Dubrovnik. Afterwards our representative will welcome you with a welcome drink and introduce you to the crew and the other passengers. Depending on their arrival time, air travellers can embark later on Saturday, if necessary in Slano, the first port of overnight accommodation. After a snack, we lift the anchor towards Slano around 4:00 pm. First we call at a bay, in order to dive for the first time into the marvellous water of the Adria. Afterwards we continue into the deeply incised bay of Slano. Dinner on board and overnight stay.
If you want to stay longer in Dubrovnik on the day of arrival, you can take the bus to Slano in the evening. Departure e.g. at 6:30 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm, from June to September additionally at 1:00 am. Fare HRK 25 (approx. € 3,40).

Slano–Island of Mljet

After breakfast, we set off towards the island of Mljet. After a swimming break and lunch in one of the countless coves, we head for Pomena or Polače on the island of Mljet. A part of the island was declared a national park – two saltwater lakes (in the larger of the two lakes there is an islet with a former monastery) are only connected to the sea by a narrow channel. Opportunity to visit the national park (admission incl. boat trip to the small island with the monastery approx. € 17, payable on site). We recommend a bath in the saltwater lakes, whose temperature is always about 2°C above the sea temperature. Opportunity for dinner and overnight stay in Pomena or Polače.

Island of Mljet– Makarska Riviera

“With the head in the shade, the belly in the sun, and the feet in the water” – this was the statement once made by a guest who spent his holiday on the Makarska Riviera. And this is exactly true of the picturesque resorts on the Makarska Riviera – the vast pine forests stretching along the slopes of the Biokovo Mountains reach to the fine pebble beaches with their crystal clear waters. After lunch on board and an extended bath break, we head for the town of Makarska or one of the neighbouring places in the late afternoon. Opportunity for dinner and overnight stay.

Makarska Riviera–Split

Our destination today is Split, the capital of Dalmatia. The 1700-year-old city was once the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, and is today a UNESCO-protected site. After a guided city tour, you will have the rest of the evening at your disposal to discover the old town on your own and to enjoy the bustling Mediterranean atmosphere on the famous promenade of Split. Opportunity for dinner and overnight stay.

Split–Island of Hvar

We leave Split, pass the strait “Splitska Vrata” between the islands of Brač and Šolta, and set course for Hvar – the island is known for its mild climate and extensive lavender fields. On the way, we will visit a bay for swimming. The harbour of the main town of the same name on the island of Hvar is situated at the foot of a fortress, from where there is a fantastic view of the Pakleni otoci archipelago. Opportunity for dinner and overnight stay.

Island of Hvar–Island of Korčula

Our today’s destination is the island Korčula. On the way we have an extended swimming break, during which we will also have lunch. Korčula has one of the most beautiful old towns of Dalmatia and is often called “Little Dubrovnik“, because of its fortress-like appearance. Captain’s Dinner on board and overnight stay in the birth town of the famous sailor and explorer Marco Polo.

Island of Korčula–Dubrovnik

We first set course for the Elaphiti Islands, where we anchor in one of the numerous bays to enjoy a last swim in the Adriatic Sea and have lunch. Afterwards we return to the starting point of our journey. Dubrovnik is not wrongly called the “Pearl of the Adriatic” as it was one of the most important economic and cultural centres of the Mediterranean during its heyday in the Middle Ages. Today, the old town presents itself to the visitor as a unique open-air museum with an abundance of sights. After arrival, guided tour of the old town. Stroll along the famous “Stradun”, take a walk over the mighty city walls or take the cable car to the 415 m high mountain Srđ, from where you have a unique view of the old town and the sea. The distance from the port of Gruž to the old town is only a few minutes by bus, which departs in the immediate vicinity of our boat. Departure approximately every 10 minutes, fare HRK 12 (at the kiosk) or HRK 15 (in the bus), last return at 2:00 am. Opportunity for dinner in Dubrovnik and overnight stay.

Disembarkation

After breakfast, disembarkation until 9:00 am.
