Kairos Travel doesn’t charge booking fee for reservations made through our Website.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
In each property policy is specified if it is necessary to pay Security deposit and if yes, how much.
What is included in the price of property?
The price includes: rental of the property, linen, cleaning of the property before and after rental period. If there are any additional services included in the price, it will be noted in the property policy.
How do I check-in in the property?
Closer to your arrival, you will get written on your e-mail directions and instructions how to check-in. Self check-in is possible.
Are the cleaning standards during COVID-19 pandemic applicated in properties?
Yes. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves during the cleaning. All surfaces, especially those frequently touched, are cleaned and sanitized with disinfectant approved by local regulatory agencies.
